Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Estimates

• Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
• Priority Shipping — 2–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your cards arrive in pristine condition. Booster boxes are wrapped and secured with protective padding.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. International shipments include full end-to-end tracking where available.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Return Window
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or are not as described. All products must be in their original, sealed condition.

Eligible Returns

• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Items that do not match their product description
• Wrong item received

Non-Eligible Returns

• Opened or unsealed products (unless defective)
• Change of mind after purchase
• Items returned after the 3-day window

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
